Jointly organized by Global Sources, Poly Exhibition, and Grandhub, we build a one-stop supply-demand matchmaking platform by virtue of our strong buyer resource advantage and professional operation. Our mission is to help enterprises develop overseas channels, and to build the only professional export trade platform for houseware and hardware in South China.
02Peak season with an influx of buyers
The project is arranged in spring and fall, running concurrently with the Global Sources Hong Kong Shows and Phases I and II of the Canton Fair. With April and October being the peak sourcing seasons worldwide, an influx of overseas buyers will gather in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area during the event.
03Geographical advantages to share the resources in GBA
Located in the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center and with convenient communication with major passenger ports in Hong Kong, the project shares the buyer and supplier resources of the Canton Fair, Jinhan Fair, and HK GSCE Show.
04Precise and efficient supply-demand matching throughout the year
We provide on-site one-on-one negotiation space for buyers and suppliers, and accurately match high-quality suppliers to the procurement needs of VIP buyers; during the non-exhibition period, we provide year-round matchmaking opportunities for buyers and suppliers through offline activities such as industrial belt events to improve the order success rate.
05Differentiated exhibition hours for high-quality networking opportunities
The exhibition hours on the first three days extend until 20:00. We offer services like dining, networking events, and hotel shuttle buses to international buyers in the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center to facilitate high-quality social interactions and trade matching between buyers and exhibitors.
06One-stop connection to a global database of millions of buyers
We promote exhibitors' products in the form of EDM, covering a database of 1 million+ overseas buyers in existing vertical categories. We recommend high-quality suppliers for online and on-site buyers, and seek more precise business opportunities for exhibitors.
We accurately match high-quality suppliers to the procurement needs of buyers and provide space for both parties to negotiate, which helps enterprises engage customers efficiently and improve their order success rate.
During the non-exhibition period, we prioritize online video matchmaking for buyers' procurement needs, where suppliers and buyers are linked for further exchange of business cards and free business negotiations.
