The 6th GSF Concludes Successfully, Unlocking Transaction Momentum Through Efficient Global Supply-Demand Matching

2026-06-11

On April 17, 2026, the 6th Guangzhou Sourcing Fair (GSF) successfully concluded at PWTC Expo, Guangzhou.

Over the four-day exhibition, global sourcing demand converged with China’s high-quality manufacturing resources. On-site matching remained highly active, exchanges were frequent, and tangible business outcomes continued to materialize—further demonstrating GSF’s professional value and industry influence as an international business matching platform. The exhibition consistently focused on the core of supply and demand, continuously optimizing the exhibitor structure, enhancing buyer quality, and strengthening matching mechanisms to build a more certain and efficient cooperation bridge for global partners.

Exhibitor Quality and Scale Both Improved

International Buyer Structure Further Optimized

A total of 805 high-quality exhibitors participated in this edition, representing a year-on-year increase of 18%. The overall exhibition scale grew steadily, while a total of 44,851 professional buyer visits were recorded over four days, with expanded international reach.

Overseas buyers, including Chomik (Poland), Payne Products (USA), HKEA Group (Singapore), PALMY FZE (UAE), Ertug Group (Turkey), Msolutions and Trading (UK), Zlwoo (Korea), and ARK GLOBAL TRADING (Malaysia), attended with clear purchasing needs and mid- to long-term cooperation intentions. Their sourcing interests covered Hardware and Tools, Machinery and Equipment, Motorcycles and Accessories, and Home Appliances, reflecting a diversified and multi-regional procurement landscape.

“VIP Buyer Business Matching” Drives Efficient Conversion

This edition further upgraded its business matching mechanism by introducing and implementing a dual-track model of “on-site matching + VIP Buyer Business Matching.” During the exhibition, over 3,600 matching sessions were conducted, enabling high-frequency supply-demand connections. Among them, 225 sessions were completed under the “precise matching” model, which, through pre-event screening, bilateral confirmation, and on-site in-depth visits, effectively shortened procurement decision cycles and improved deal-making efficiency—becoming a key highlight of the event.

Buyer delegations from Argentina, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh attended in groups, engaging in concentrated sourcing, product exploration, and business negotiations, significantly enhancing both efficiency and depth of engagement. Matching sessions operated at full capacity throughout the exhibition, with a consistently strong negotiation atmosphere. Many overseas buyers noted that GSF enabled them to quickly identify qualified suppliers, making the overall sourcing experience more efficient and seamless.

A senior vice president of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), Bangladesh, commented that this was the first time the chamber organized a delegation to GSF for “group sourcing,” successfully matching with reliable Chinese suppliers aligned with their needs.

A U.S. buyer shared that this was his third year attending GSF, and the VIP Buyer Business Matching service significantly helped him efficiently identify suitable and relevant suppliers. Through booth visits, he was able to gain deeper product insights and complete meetings with 10 potential partners within one morning.

An Australian buyer noted that this year’s exhibition attracted higher-quality Chinese enterprises.

Transactions and Intentions Progress in Parallel

Strong Exhibitor Rebooking Momentum

Overall feedback indicates that this edition performed strongly in terms of buyer precision and business matching efficiency. Many exhibitors secured intention orders on-site, with some already advancing into follow-up cooperation stages. Others successfully identified key clients and achieved phased transaction results during the exhibition.

Tang Haifeng, President of the Guangdong Hardware & Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce (GDHEC), highly affirmed the exhibition results, stating that plans are already in place to organize a larger delegation for the October edition to further expand overseas markets through GSF.

A representative from Qingdao Kingstar Metal Products Co., Ltd. commented that the exhibition results exceeded expectations. The success of “Zhang Xue Motorcycles” once again demonstrated the strength of Chinese manufacturing. The company engaged with numerous new and existing clients, while matching sessions improved efficiency and reduced connection costs.

A representative from Graf Energy-Saving Products (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., which secured multi-million-level orders on-site, shared that the uniqueness of its products attracted buyers from Russia, Denmark, Poland, and the Middle East. Amid a complex global trade environment, the exhibition provided a valuable platform to showcase new products and technologies, creating more cooperation opportunities.

Nanjing Yantu Car Accessory Co., Ltd., a motorcycle accessories manufacturer participating for three consecutive years, stated that companies with R&D capabilities particularly need high-quality platforms to gain exposure and timely market feedback. Insights gained at GSF will help guide future product iteration.

To date, over 60% of booths have already been rebooked for the next edition, with many companies expressing intentions to continue participation or expand their presence, reflecting increasing platform stickiness and market trust in GSF.

Concurrent Events and Diverse Engagement Scenarios

Strengthening Platform Connectivity

This edition further advanced government-enterprise collaboration and enriched exhibition content through the successful organization of multiple high-quality concurrent events. Industrial delegations from across China actively participated and hosted themed promotion events based on regional strengths, including the “2026 Lianjiang Home Appliances Spring (Guangzhou) Expo,” “2026 Jiangning Premium Products Expo,” “Hengshui City International Direct Sourcing Matching & Specialty Industry Showcase,” and “Jinhua City Industry Promotion Conference,” collectively showcasing regional industrial advantages and key enterprise resources.

On-site, interactive robot performances and dance shows were arranged, alongside “Social Night” networking sessions. Specially curated Turkish and Indian cuisine further enhanced the international visitor experience, enriching engagement formats and facilitating cross-cultural exchange.

Strategic Focus on the Power Tools Segment

Building a “Launch + Experience” Ecosystem

Looking ahead, the 7th Guangzhou Sourcing Fair (October 14–17, 2026) will introduce a dedicated “Power Tools Launch Zone,” showcasing innovative products and solutions with strong market potential as a key global debut platform. In addition, a “Power Tools Experience Zone” will be established to allow hands-on product trials and real-life application demonstrations, enhancing buyers’ direct perception of product performance and improving conversion efficiency.

Through the integrated approach of “display + experience + business matching,” GSF will continue to strengthen both the depth of product showcasing and the efficiency of transactions in key growth categories, providing greater value for enterprises expanding into overseas markets.

Enhancing Business Matching Efficiency

Continuously Connecting Global Opportunities

The successful conclusion of the 6th Guangzhou Sourcing Fair once again demonstrates GSF’s capability to provide efficient matching and stable cooperation opportunities for global buyers and Chinese manufacturers in a complex international environment.

Moving forward, GSF will continue to optimize supply-demand matching mechanisms, expand key category layouts, and enhance matching efficiency in response to evolving global sourcing needs—empowering more high-quality Chinese manufacturing to reach international markets.

The 7th Guangzhou Sourcing Fair will be held in October 2026 at PWTC Expo, Guangzhou. More premium resources and global sourcing demand will converge once again, bringing new opportunities and partnerships to life.

GSF looks forward to seeing you again!
